Fiery Jack’s Games Emporium & Travelling Museum is unique!
Really, it is!
As far as we know(!) this is the only museum of games like this in Europe, that can be handled and played by the general public. We have collected and hand-crafted historic and heritage games from throughout the world, with which we tour the UK with great success!
We teach the public how to play and the history behind our games as a unique, entertaining, traditional experience (yes it’s educational as well as fun!) We can focus on a particular period of history, or we can bring a selection of the best loved games from throughout time.
We can bring them to your event, festival, school, fun-day or corporate business event and set them up indoors or outdoors (we provide beautiful Marquees and Tents to house them).
They make for a hands-on gaming experience that requires no screens and no batteries! Summer or Winter – the Games Emporium is a wonderful experience that you really just can’t find elsewhere.
It is an enriching educational experience to expose children and teenagers to these beautiful games some of which, if we are not careful, might get lost in time. Parents of children who are accustomed to computer games are often surprised by how captivating these old games can be, engaging the most technophile with their simplistic strategies and tactile game-play. In this modern age the games in this museum are a delight to handle and novel for kids to experience: easy to learn and fun to play!
